John E. Napolitano, Esq

Professional Experience:

Mr. Napolitano is “of counsel” to the Frick Law Group, P.A. and has been practicing law for over 25 years.  Mr. Napolitano’s practice is focused on business, corporate and estate planning as well as the representation of clients in personal injury, family law and criminal defense matters.

Mr. Napolitano received his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center in 1988.  During the course of his career, Mr. Napolitano has tried numerous cases in both state and federal courts.  Mr. Napolitano has also resolved matters through both mediation and in arbitration proceedings before the American Arbitration Association and private arbitrators.

Mr. Napolitano has been active in his local, state and national bar associations as well as in his local community.  When he isn’t working, Mr. Napolitano enjoys building stages and sets for the local community theater and participating in outdoor activities including saltwater fishing and a variety of shooting sports.
